Head out to NE 16th Ave and turn left onto Ives Dairy Rd (NE 205th St), then merge onto I-95 South toward Miami. Stay on I-95 about seven and a half miles and take Exit 8B for NW 103rd St. Head east on 103rd, then work over to Biscayne Blvd and north to 11091A. Around 23 minutes, about 12 miles.

From the Aventura end of Ives Dairy Rd, turn south onto Biscayne Blvd (US-1) and stay on it about 6.4 miles, straight through Aventura and North Miami Beach into North Miami. We're on the right at 11091A, just before NE 111th. Around twenty minutes depending on lights.
